Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty.

Required:

AHA BLS. Preferred: AHA ACLS

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
