• Provide registered nurse coverage for GI Lab and interventional procedures.
• Assist with a variety of GI and pulmonary interventions, including colonoscopies, EGD, bronchoscopy, feeding tube placement, ERCP, EBUS, GI bleeds management, flexible sigmoidoscopy, foreign body retrieval, navigation bronchoscopy, variceal banding, Bravo pH monitoring, and capsule endoscopy.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures; manage patient safety and sedation monitoring as delegated.
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, ensure sterility, manage equipment and supplies, and assist with room turnover.
• Document procedures, patient status, and any changes; communicate promptly with the gastroenterology team and other care providers.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines; respond to emergent situations as needed.
• Participate in the scheduled on-call weekend coverage as required.

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within GI Lab specialty
• AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts Monday–Friday with weekend on-call as scheduled
• Ability to work in a GI Lab clinical setting
