RN- Clinical Supervisor, Forsyth Acute Care Float Pool; Nights

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit‑based leadership team. Provides supervision of the nursing operations on a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24‑hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in a clinical area with at least one (1) year in the area of specialty; or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in a clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in the area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license.
• Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
