• Deliver direct patient care to PCU patients, including ongoing assessment and vitals monitoring
• Administer prescribed medications and manage IV therapy per physician orders
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient status with timely interventions
• Document care and communicate findings clearly in the medical record
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Provide patient and family education; coordinate discharge planning and referrals
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; ensure quality and continuity of care

• Active registered nurse license in Georgia (or eligible for a compact license)
• Minimum 2 years of PCU/progressive care experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certification (as required)
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (RN), with eligibility to practice
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced PCU environment
• Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment and adapt to a new unit
