• Provide direct patient care for oncology patients on a progressive care/monitoring unit
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies, monitor responses, and manage IV therapy as needed
• Assess patient condition regularly, recognize changes, and elevate concerns per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, case managers, and other team members to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Document all care accurately in the electronic medical record; ensure safety and infection control standards
• Educate patients and families about treatments, potential side effects, symptom management, and follow-up plans

• Active registered nurse license in Georgia (GA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1 year of RN experience in oncology or a related inpatient setting (Oncology or Progressive Care Unit preferred)
• Ability to work the listed shift and travel assignment requirements
