Presidential Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Cumming, GA. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in a home care setting
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other specialized clinical interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations and documentation standards

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits in the Cumming, GA area
• Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently
