Overview

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Cumming, GA. Start date July 27, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,591–$1,683 with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Shift: 12-hour nights on a 2x3 pattern in a hospital ED setting.

• Provide direct patient care to ED patients, including initial triage, rapid assessment, and stabilization.
• Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and escalating changes to the physician team as needed.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and support life‑saving interventions per protocols.
• Document assessments, treatments, and care plans accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff to prioritize care and maintain patient flow.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and accurate discharge instructions and follow‑up planning.

• Active Registered Nurse license (as applicable to practice in the role).
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and participate in a travel assignment.
• Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment and travel as required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively in a high-volume ED environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and ED workflow basics.
