Acute Care Inpatient Oncology RN - Night Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with a schedule of 12x3.
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of recent experience in Acute Care Inpatient Oncology for a challenging and rewarding role. This position requires expertise in medical-surgical nursing and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in an acute care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Perform patient assessments and document care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Acute Care Inpatient Oncology.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
- NIHSS certification required.
Holiday Expectations:
MUST work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
