Travel Registered Nurse ER

Overview

ER Registered Nurse travel assignment in Cumming, GA. Start date 10/05/2026 for a 13-week assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range $1,646–$1,737 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. • Provide direct, evidence-based care in the emergency department, including triage, initial assessment, and stabilization.
• Continuously monitor patients, interpret vital signs and telemetry, document findings, and escalate changes promptly.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, injections, and treatments as ordered; manage lines and specimen collection.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and ancillary staff to coordinate care, disposition, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; uphold patient safety, privacy, and infection control standards.
• Respond to critical events and participate in resuscitation efforts as needed.

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia.
• RN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS current.
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 12x3 schedule in a fast-paced ED environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work major and minor holidays as required.
