LPN Supervisor Evening & Weekend Shifts

Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced part-time and full-time LPN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a health care facility, from supervising the nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Must have a valid Georgia LPN license and a minimum of 2 years experience in clinical nursing and administration.

LPN Supervisor:

Full-time Monday - Friday

7p-7a with rotating weekends

LPN Every Other Weekend Supervisor:

Saturday & Sunday

7p-7a

LPN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care

• Assist with treatment and medication administration

• Participate in weekly meetings

• Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments

• Investigate all incident reports and follow-up

• Take on-call hours on weekends and holidays as assigned
