American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for an Inpatient Oncology Unit position requiring recent specialty experience and holiday availability.

• Inpatient Oncology Unit within an acute care hospital setting
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Schedule varies between 7am-7pm
• No on-call requirements

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology or medical/surgical specialty
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (American Heart Association)

• Provide medical/surgical nursing care to oncology patients
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
• RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer and cannot be requested after
