American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room circulator role requiring at least 2 years of recent specialty experience and AHA BLS certification.
Details- Outpatient surgery setting within an operating room department
- Circulator role in the OR
- Schedule of 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm
- Float coverage to additional OR locations to obtain hours, including rotating late coverage
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active RN license (GA or Compact)
- AHA BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the OR specialty required
- Serve as circulator in the operating room, supporting surgical procedures
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break since separation
- RTO requests must be submitted upfront prior to offer and cannot be requested afterward
