Barefoot Organics is now seeking Lawn Care Technician / Turf Manager! Position :
Ride-On Spray Machine Operator (Steel Green or Z Spray)

Join our Team and help us deliver precise and safe lawn treatment application services.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ride-On Spray Machine Operator to operate and maintain spray machinery. In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate and safe application of fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn treatments, adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Operate and maintain ride on spray equipment (Steel Green)
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning and safe handling of equipment.
• Prepare, mix, and fill sprayer tanks with chemicals according to specific application rates.
• Calibrate equipment for precise application rates, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Follow all safety protocols concerning chemical handling, equipment operation, and environmental standards.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment use, material applications, and service activities.
• Collaborate with Managers to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction during visits.
• Assist in educating clients about turf health and best practices.

• Previous experience operating Spray Machinery (Steel Green or Z Spray) is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience towing/trailering vehicles preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Exceptional customer service skills—professional, friendly, and proactive in client interactions.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling equipment and materials.
• A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
