** to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is ideal for energetic, hospitality-driven bartenders who enjoy crafting quality beverages, engaging with members, and delivering an elevated bar experience in a high-volume clubhouse setting.
** Position Overview
** As a Grille House Bartender, you are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through polished service, beverage knowledge, and consistent execution. You will serve as both a hospitality professional and a brand ambassador for Champions Retreat while maintaining speed, accuracy, and composure during peak service.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
* Engage guests with a friendly, professional, and confident service style
* Maintain full knowledge of beverage menus, features, and club offerings
* Accurately process orders and handle transactions
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar
* Follow responsible alcohol service standards and club policies
* Communicate effectively with servers and culinary teams to support smooth service
* Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism
** What You Bring

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong multitasking and communication skills
