Greet and assist customers according to Hollywood Feed's established customer service standards;
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of store products to effectively address customer and pet needs;
Operate the Hollywood Feed point-of-sales system, including:
Opening and closing registers, Creating customer accounts, Processing customer transactions;
Unload and stock product deliveries and perform inventory management tasks such as cycle counts;
Complete routine weekly store maintenance, including restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, updating prices, and setting up displays
