Join Our Team at The UPS Store in North Forsyth County! We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team as permanent, part‑time Customer Service Associates at our location on 5290 Matt Hwy in north Forsyth County, GA.

Important Note:

We are looking for someone who can work all week, including some weekends.

• Provide excellent customer service to people who visit our store and call us.
• Listen carefully to customers and your teammates.
• Learn about all our products and services.
• Use our equipment and software confidently.
  
  Keep the store clean and safe.

• Good communication skills (both talking and writing), including basic math.
• Good typing skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Friendly and good with people.
• Ability to suggest additional products and services to customers.
• Comfortable using computers and phones.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to lift over 40 pounds.
• Willing to work in a non‑smoking environment.
