Entry Level Sales Representative

All positions are full‑time with uncapped commission and bonus potential. The position includes a $3,900 sign‑on bonus paid weekly in $325 increments over the course of twelve weeks of initial training.

As a full‑time sales representative, you will be trained in all products and deliver interactive sales presentations that teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, and problem solving.

• Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly, green products and services to customers
• Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis

• Average earning potential: $72,000 - $130,000 per year
