Salary:Base $50,000–$70,000 + commissions; total comp range $70,000–$95,000.
Position Overview:This role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy and is ready to take ownership of their own “mini‑business” within a stable and supportive company in the residential construction space. The Outside Sales Representative will inherit accounts, follow up on inbound leads, and build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts
- Follow up on inbound leads and generate new opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners
- Maintain accurate notes, orders, and updates using ERP and CRM-lite tools
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Operate independently while meeting performance expectations
- Proven accountability and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with light tech (typing, entering orders, using CRM)
- Clean driving record and drug‑free
- Experience in residential construction or selling to contractors/homeowners is preferred
- College degree not required — maturity and reliability are key
