- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance and financial protection needs
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve business goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales agents
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and community engagements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred, not required)
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required —training is provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Interest in leadership, management, and long-term career growth
- Licensed or willing to become licensed in life & health insurance
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
- Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
- Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
$100,000 - $180,000 yearly
