The Territory Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth through proactive client engagement and effective territory management. This position involves frequent travel to meet with customers and prospects, representing a small, dynamic sales team focused on selling physical products and consulting services. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a self-motivated approach, and the ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue-based targets.

• Prospect and generate new sales leads within the assigned territory
• Conduct client meetings to understand needs and present products and services
• Manage and grow accounts to maximize revenue and customer retention
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow-up
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client requirements
• Perform market research to identify opportunities and competitive positioning
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to monitor performance against targets
• Collaborate with team members within a small sales team environment
• 1099 sales position commission only

• Entry-level experience in sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
