• Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000

• Build long‑term, trusting relationships with customers
• Grow business through selling services and controlling expenses to profit
• Inspect customers’ homes to determine needed services
• Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers
• Network and conduct cold calling to generate sales leads
• Perform telephone prospecting and appointment setting
• Accurately and timely complete all sales‑related paperwork

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
• Prior outside sales experience is a plus
• No industry experience required; paid training provided
