Five Oaks Fence Supply is looking for a motivated, bilingual sales professional who can build strong customer relationships and help contractors get the materials they need.

This position combines counter sales, customer service, quoting, order management, and business development. The right person will communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, learn our products, and provide responsive support from the initial quote through order completion.

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers by phone and in person
• Prepare quotes and process orders accurately
• Help customers select appropriate fencing materials and quantities
• Communicate product availability, pricing, lead times, and order status
• Build relationships with fence contractors, builders, and other industry professionals
• Follow up on quotes, open opportunities, and existing customer needs
• Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and generate new business
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and delivery teams
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information
• Learn and confidently discuss wood, chain-link, aluminum, and related fencing products

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, customer-service, or account-management experience
• Organized, dependable, and responsive
• Comfortable working with pricing, measurements, quantities, and order details
• Able to learn product specifications and recommend practical solutions
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, order-management tools, and CRM systems
• Fence, construction, building-materials, or wholesale-distribution experience is preferred but not required

• Customers receive fast, accurate, and professional service
• Quotes and orders are handled correctly and followed through to completion
