With a legacy of over 40 years, Country Boy Trailers has a busy service and parts‑sales department based in Cumming and is looking for a Parts & Service Advisor, who can check‑in service customers, sell specialized parts, manage orders and deliveries as well as storage organization and merchandising.

• Greeting customers and detailing repairs and maintenance requirements for their trailer
• Selling parts and checking out customers using POS, and cash management at end of day
• Ordering trailer parts from suppliers both for specific customers and inventory replenishment
• Check‑in orders and deliveries, entering Purchase Orders and keeping on top of inventory
• Working with trailer sales and service techs
• Keeping the parts store tidy and “professional”

• Ability to quickly learn the many specific parts and sizes – including hubs, drums, brakes, bearings, lug nuts, wheels/tires, springs, axles etc.
• Strong, organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excel at customer communication (during the repair process or waiting for parts to come in)
• Great with people of all backgrounds
• A willingness to “grab an oar” and do other important tasks when needed
• Experience with a forklift a plus
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Ability to work Saturday mornings, if needed
• Likely background would include retail, customer service roles, niche supply house sales, auto parts store or Service Advisor at a car or RV dealership.
