Automotive Sales - Loyalty Specialist

This isn’t traditional sales. It’s high-access, high-trust, and built for professionals ready to run their own desk and own their own results.

What Makes This Role Different

No Cold Calling:
All leads come from our loyal service customer base

Run Your Own Desk:
Structure deals yourself—no waiting at the tower

System Access:
Direct access to CRM, equity tools, DMS, and appraisal systems

Leadership that Works for You:
You’ll be coached, not micromanaged

Mission-Driven:
Help build the most forward-thinking department in the store

Responsibilities

Review daily service appointments to identify upgrade opportunities

Engage with customers in service and present personalized solutions

Structure deals that work for the customer, the lender, and the store

Collaborate with service, appraisers, and finance for seamless delivery

Maintain organized, high-quality CRM notes and follow-up

Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in automotive sales (minimum 1 year preferred)

Strong understanding of deal structure, customer needs, and lender expectations

Coachable, accountable, and detail-oriented

Confidence to operate with autonomy

Hunger for growth—personally and professionally

Compensation & Benefits

Tiered unit bonus + performance incentives. Realistic on target yearly earnings range from $90,000 to $150,000
