Mitigation Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Technician to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing water damage restoration and mold remediation services, ensuring that properties are cleaned, restored, and returned to their original condition. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment.

• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
• Execute mold remediation procedures in compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks.
• Clean carpets and other surfaces affected by water damage.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process.

• Experience in the restoration industry is preferred, particularly in water damage restoration and mold remediation.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong cleaning skills with an emphasis on thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
