Electrician
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and providing technical support for machine systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The electrician is in charge of the design, testing, implementation, and controls of all new and existing electrical systems in the plant, water treatment area, and all external buildings; overseeing all electrical changes that take place on site and direct the maintenance associates involved.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Controls experience. (Documented in the work history section of the application or Resume)
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Training beyond high school including either an associate degree in electronic technology or closely related technical field preferred or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trade programs military training or other training as applicable preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and writing, ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.
