Electrician Maintenance - 3rd Shift - Cumming, Ga.

Overview

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and providing technical support for machine systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The electrician will design, test, implement, and control all new and existing electrical systems in the plant, water treatment area, and all external buildings, overseeing all electrical changes on site and directing the maintenance associates involved.

• Troubleshoot and repair machine systems.
• Provide technical support and maintain a safe work environment.
• Design, test, implement, and control electrical systems in the plant, water treatment area, and external buildings.
• Oversee all electrical changes on site and direct maintenance associates.

• Minimum 6 months Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Controls experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Additional training beyond high school (associate degree in electronic technology or related field) preferred or combination of education and military training.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, on-the-job paperwork, and effective communication across all management levels.
