The HVAC Technician at CGL Facility Management, LLC will perform preventive and some corrective maintenance on HVAC systems for our client. Responsibilities include documenting work in CMMS, installing and repairing components, and ensuring safety and compliance with local codes.
You will read blueprints, work with environmental controls and boilers, and sometimes train other technicians. On-call availability and driving to sites are required as part of this role in Georgia.
