At Team Cheeky, you'll never have to wonder what it takes to earn more. Every technician follows a clearly defined career path with measurable milestones, ongoing coaching, and advancement based on technical ability, customer experience, and performance—not politics or seniority.

• Apprentice: $16-$18/hour
• Junior Technician: $20-$24/hour
• Senior Technician: $26-$30/hour
• Master Technician: $36-$40+/hour
