Landscape Enhancement Supervisor

At Mayer Landscape, we take pride in delivering top-tier commercial and residential landscape services. We believe that a great company culture starts with strong leadership, and we are looking for a dedicated Landscape Enhancement Supervisor to lead our installation and enhancement crews.

We are seeking a hands‑on, bilingual leader with at least 3 years of experience managing landscaping crews, specifically focused on simple landscape installations and property enhancements (such as planting trees/shrubs, laying sod, mulch/pine straw installation, and minor bed transformations). In this role, you will oversee daily enhancement projects, ensure top-quality craftsmanship, and mentor crew members. • Supervise, train, and guide an enhancement/installation crew in the field.
• Oversee simple landscape installations including plant material, sod, mulch, pine straw, and seasonal color.
• Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.
• Operate and maintain necessary landscaping and installation equipment.
• Communicate effectively with crew members in Spanish and with management/clients in English.
• Manage daily project workflow, paperwork, and material staging.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a landscape installation or enhancement crew.
• Language:
  Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required for crew leadership and client communication).
• Location:
  
  Must live in or around Cumming, GA (or be willing to commute reliably to the area).
• Work Authorization:
  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Driver's License:
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of plant installation, enhancement practices, safety standards, and crew management.
