The Lead Technicianisanexperiencedfieldtechnicianwhocompletesjobsaccordingto SPGlobalDRTprocessesandprovideshands-ondirectiontotechniciansonthejobsite.

Inadditiontoperformingproductionwork,theLeadTechnicianhelpsestablishefficientjobflow,ensuresqualityandsafetystandardsaremet,andservesasapointofguidanceforthecrew.

Drivingcompanyvehiclestoandbetweenjobsitesisanessential,regularpartofthisrole.

• CompletejobsaccordingtoSPGlobalDRTprocessesperworkorder,performingandguidingproductionwork.
• Drivecompanyvehiclestoandbetweenjobsitessafelyandasanessential,regularfunctionofthisrole.
• Transportcrew,tools,equipment,andmaterialstojobsitesandensurevehiclesareproperlyloadedandsecured.
• Performandevaluatemitigation/restorationactivitiesincludingwaterextraction,structural drying,set-upofspecialtyequipment,and demolition.
• Establishefficientjobflow,setupstagingareasandequipment,andcoordinatetherequirementsforeachjob.
• Provide hands-ondirectionandreal-timefeedbacktotechniciansonthejobsite.
• Ensurecrewsfollowprocessesandcompleteallworkpertheworkorderandscope.
• Identifysafetyhazards,communicate them,andfollowandenforceallsafetyproceduresonthejobsite.
• Completeandreviewaccuratejobfiledocumentation,includingphotosandrequiredreadings.
• Communicateprofessionallywithcustomers,supervisors,andothertechnicianstomaintainefficientproduction.
• Perform end-of-dayandend-of-jobcleanupandbreakdown,leavingthejobsitecleanandorderly.
• Resolveproblemsquicklyastheyariseandescalateconcernstothesupervisorasneeded.
• Protect,properlyuse,andmaintainequipment,tools,and vehicles,includingroutinevehiclechecks.
• Cleanandmaintainvehicles,equipment,warehouse,andofficeareas.
• Supportthedevelopmentoftechniciansbydemonstratingbestpracticesandsharingknowledge.

• Highschooldiploma/GED required.
• Priorfire/water/moldrestorationormitigationfieldexperiencepreferred.
• IICRCcertificationspreferred.
• Avaliddriver'slicense,acleandrivingrecord,andapprovalbyourinsurancecompanyarerequired,asdrivingisanessentialfunctionofthisposition.
• Abilityandwillingnesstodrivetojobsitesdailyandtravellocallyoroutofstatewhennecessary.
• Abilitytolead,direct,andprovideconstructivefeedbacktoacrewonthejobsite.
• Effectivewrittenandoralcommunicationskills.
• Docusketchexperiencepreferred.
• Strong organizational,time-management,and problem-solving skills.
• Mustbeabletoworkinpersonanddrivetojobsitesasneeded.

• Mustbeauthorizedtoworklawfullyinthe United Statesandabletosuccessfullycompleteabackgroundchecksubjecttoapplicablelaw .
