Our client is one of the world’s largest privately held corporations, providing food, agriculture, financial, and industrial products and services globally. This opportunity is part of their specialized subsidiary focused on developing advanced feed formulation and nutrition management solutions for the agriculture sector.

The project is an evolution of a feed nutrition analysis system that helps measure, evaluate, and optimize animal diets to enhance health and productivity. The team works across the full development lifecycle, from feature design and implementation to performance optimization and production support. This is a highly collaborative environment where engineers work closely with BAs, QA, and client stakeholders on both new and existing system components.

You'll be expected to actively contribute to the product's architecture and help improve the system's performance and maintainability.

• Design and implement new features in WPF, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Web API services;
• Develop business logic and integration features using modern .NET technologies;
• Refactor, optimize, and support legacy codebases with a focus on performance and maintainability;
• Collaborate with the BA/PO team to clarify requirements and ensure functional accuracy;
• Participate in architectural decisions and implementation planning;
• Write and maintain unit tests;
• Mentor and support junior team members;
• Collaborate with adjacent product teams on shared components and functionality;
• Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks;
• Contribute to the technical onboarding and knowledge-sharing processes;

• 5+ years of software development experience in .NET technologies;
• Strong hands-on experience with WPF;
• Experience with Dev Express is a plus;
• Experience with MSSQL or other DBs;
• Experience with Entity Framework and/or Dapper;
• Familiarity with modern architectural patterns (e.g., Dependency Injection, PRISM);
• Experience with Azure Cloud services and Azure Dev Ops is a plus;
• Attention to detail and commitment to writing high-quality, performant code;
• Strong understanding of software development patterns and best practices;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English B1+);
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a distributed Agile team;
• Experience mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and collaborating across teams;
