Position: Parts Room Attendant 4

Job Summary

This role oversees inventory control in the storeroom, including receiving, storing, and managing maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items. Supports team members in the parts room, ensures accurate and timely completion of tasks, maintains inventory records in the system, organizes parts in designated bins with appropriate minimum and maximum levels, and manages storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory control in the storeroom.
  • Receive, store, and manage maintenance supplies and miscellaneous items.
  • Support team members in the parts room.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain inventory records in the system.
  • Organize parts in designated bins with appropriate minimum and maximum levels.
  • Manage storeroom operations when the Supervisor is absent.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 6 months of experience in maintenance or a parts room (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic SAP skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and write; possess basic math skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 or more pounds occasionally.
