Position SummaryBell Cabinetry & Design Center is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to safely receive, move, store, and load materials while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and organized flow of materials within the warehouse or production environment.
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, materials, and supplies onto outbound trucks. Unload sheet stock, hardwood lumber, finishing Materials from vendor trucks.
- Load sheet stock material into Store Teq system.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
- Transport hardwood lumber into solid wood cell from Receiving area.
- Move and stage materials for production and warehouse operations.
- Organize and store inventory in designated rack and storage locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations, material and receipt transactions into Insight for proper inventory records.
- Assist with material counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Maintain a clean warehouse, empty dumpsters and organized areas and free of safety hazards.
- Remove waste & dispose of bunks of wood after loading material into Store Teq.
- Remove general waste from the production areas.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly to the maintenance department.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- When other tasks are completed, support Receiving team by unloading trucks and moving items into hardware cage and production team as needed.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
- Manage and support the solvent reclaim process, maintaining accurate weekly consumption, production, reclaim, and waste disposal reports to track material usage, identify efficiencies, and ensure proper environmental compliance.
- Valid forklift operator certification. Proven experience as a forklift driver.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to operate the forklift in a confident and precise manner for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials of varying sizes and weights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience preferred.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate forklifts for extended periods.

WORK LOCATIONOnsite – In order to fulfill responsibilities of the Forklift Driver position, this job is required to work in a specific Construction Resources / Bell Cabinetry manufacturing, production, or office environment.
