** The Role
** As a Bartender, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Serving Guests:
Greeting guests warmly, taking drink orders, and serving a wide range of beverages.
* Beverage Preparation:
Pouring drinks accurately and ensuring all beverages are presented to a high standard.
* Cash Handling:
Processing payments, including cash and card transactions, and operating the till system.
* Stock Management:
Assisting with restocking the bar, checking stock levels, and ensuring the bar is always well-supplied.
* Maintaining Cleanliness:
Keeping the bar area, glassware, and equipment clean and organized, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
* Customer Service:
Engaging with customers, answering questions about our drink menu, and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.

* Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we are happy to provide full training to the right candidate. A willingness to learn is essential!
