Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience supporting senior leaders, executives, Vice Presidents, or executive-level staff (e.g., calendar management, travel, task management, facilities, purchasing, and day-to-day operations)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Mail, Calendar, and Slack

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior executives, Vice Presidents, or executive leadership teams
  • Background managing budgets, creating purchase orders, and expense reports is a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity, priorities, and change
  • Self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative to create solutions, and possesses a "can-do" attitude
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and utmost secrecy

    We're seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style who's well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and willing to take initiative. In this position, you will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of Channel Sales Programs, senior leadership, the Executive Briefing Program, and its leader.

    Description:

    In this role, you will:
  • Quickly develop an understanding of the team's operations, culture, policies, and procedures
  • Run point on significant cross-functional calendaring, equipment procurement, and meeting/event planning and execution via live, video conference, and conference calls
  • Be the central point of contact for coordination and communication of cross-departmental events/activities
  • Provide welcome and orientation for newcomers and support managers with equipment ordering
  • Serve as the on-site facilities coordinator for building-related needs such as conference room management, storage, etc.
  • Handle special projects, as assigned.
