Supervisor, Administrative Assistant - Apple Services Engineering

As an Administrative Assistant Supervisor within Apple Services Engineering (ASE), you will lead a team of Administrative Assistants supporting the App Store organization spanning Apps, Music, and Podcasts.
You'll serve as a key partner to the Head of App Store, while overseeing the day-to-day effectiveness of your admin team across multiple sites. This is a highly collaborative, people-first leadership role that blends executive support, team management, and operational excellence in one of Apple's most dynamic and globally impactful organizations. We're looking for a confident people manager and natural organizer someone who can manage up, delegate thoughtfully, and scale a team's impact without losing sight of the individual.

- Directly support the Head of App Store with executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and domestic and international travel arrangements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of admins across multiple offices and time zones, acting as their primary resource for guidance, escalations, and career growth
- Approve team time away and timecards, ensuring accurate and timely compliance
- Partner with People Business Partners (PBP) on employee relations, leave of absence coordination, workplace accommodations, and staffing needs including hiring and contractor management
- Delegate projects and work effectively, ensuring equitable distribution and ongoing skill development across the team
- Facilitate team meetings, org-wide events, and leadership presentations including delivering process or organizational updates to senior leadership
- Lead site management responsibilities: office and floor planning, seat assignments, facilities coordination, building access, and equipment ordering
- Manage budget and fiscal planning: process internal and external orders and ensure compliance with Apple finance policies including eApproval workflows
- Serve as a backup resource across the broader ASE admin team as operational needs arise
- 3+ years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience supporting senior or director-level leadership
- 1+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management and team development
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- A Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree (AA), or equivalent practical experience
- Strong presence and influence a calming, professional voice capable of building relationships across Apple and acting as a polished representative for a senior organizational leader
- Experience participating in calibration, TCP, or compensation review cycles
- Familiarity with staffing and contracting workflows, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Experience managing employee relations matters, accommodations, and LOA processes in partnership with HR or a PBP
- Proficiency with Apple tools including iCal, Keynote, Mail, eApproval, and other macOS-based systems
- Experience with site management, space planning, or facilities coordination across multiple locations
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, presenting process updates, and communicating organizational changes to leadership audiences
- Curious, flexible, and a dedicated problem solver who thrives in ambiguity
- Proficiency with Quip, Box, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
- Prior experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced corporate environment
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $53.61 and $80.38/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
