Passion and dedication are the keys to the accomplishments you can make here! We are seeking an experienced program/Project manager to join the AIML Data Operations group. Our team directly contributes to the development of AIML algorithms across many of Appleʼs products, specifically in regards to Siri and Apple Intelligence.

In this role, you will drive critical programs that enhance our operation to provide data at scale for engineering teams building robust AI features for millions of customers worldwide. You will develop various program elements, create and manage project plans, recruit participants internally and partner with various cross functional stakeholders.

Description

As a Program/ Project Manager within AIML Data Operations, you will lead cross-functional program management, define and implement policies and processes, and ensure clear communication with leadership. You will collaborate with DRIs and stakeholders to manage workflows, prioritize initiatives, and mitigate risks to drive program success. This role involves defining policies that align with organizational goals, monitoring their effectiveness, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary liaison, you will provide program updates, communicate risks, and support approvals with leadership. Successful candidates are highly organized, analytical, and proactive problem-solvers who excel at navigating challenges to deliver results.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing large projects or programs including cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
  • Bachelors in Business Management, Engineering, Finance or related field
  • Background in project management, operations, supply-chain, business analytics or retail operations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Highly analytical, resourceful with data driven decision making and strong problem solving skills
  • Self-directed and proactive. You thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional and Corporate teams (Legal, Privacy, Finance) to drive consensus and establish operating guidelines
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Can clearly articulate pointed questions to disambiguate, simplify and deliver actionable narrative to senior leadership
  • Aptitude for understanding and consolidating multiple points of view into an influential recommendation to move projects forward.
  • Excellent in teamwork and relationship building. Works to establish a collaborative relationship with other teams
  • Follows through on commitments exhibiting a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.
  • Strategic thinker, continually looking for ways to increase productivity and decrease confusion for customers and operations teams.
  • MBA preferred

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $174,900 and $291,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
