It’s the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it!

Apple is looking for a dynamic, highly-motivated Worldwide (WW) Business Planning Project Management Lead to join the WW Business Planning team. Our organization develops and implements the globally scalable programs that drive the success of Apple’s Sales organization.

You will serve as the primary project manager of our creative studio operations, driving the execution and tactical management of our global pipeline. This includes executing workflows, managing a strategic intake process, and tracking daily project health needed to support a global pipeline. If you are a practical problem-solver with experience managing technical operations in a programs-driven environment, this is a great opportunity for you.

Success in the role requires balancing technical tool ownership with strategic stakeholder management. You will work across global teams to ensure our studio workflows remain uninterrupted while delivering on business goals.

The successful candidate may not have a creative background, but must have a proven track record of building systems and processes that support the success of a large-scale organization.

Description

The duties and responsibilities for this role are diverse, but include the following:

- Manage daily project intake, resource allocation, and daily task assignments within Airtable to ensure projects stay on track.

- Track project health and velocity, proactively identifying workflow bottlenecks and maintaining legacy tracking systems as needed.

- Define implications of incoming demand and recommend strategic action plans to balance the creative pipeline against global priorities.

- Handle cross-functional communication workflows, manual stakeholder status updates, and ad-hoc metrics gathering.

- Partner with creative and business leadership to define long-term and quarterly project priorities and roadmap commitments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to streamline the intake process and ensure all creative initiatives meet mandatory ROI and strategic criteria.

- Facilitate weekly pipeline review meetings and apply effort estimation frameworks to newly routed Center of Excellence requests.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within a global organization.
  • Proven experience managing daily task assignments, tracking granular project health, and facilitating day-to-day tactical execution within a high-volume pipeline.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Excellent planning, organization, execution, and follow-up skills.
  • Skilled in using digital content management platforms.
  • Skilled in managing project expectations, upper-level management reporting and escalation management.
  • Able to work quickly and effectively with limited supervision within a fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, changing priorities, and multiple business partners.
  • Passion for effective processes and methodologies that will improve the productivity of the organization.
  • Track record of partnering with stakeholders and understanding of creative needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
