Description- Lead and manage strategic programs within the Sales BPR portfolio, specifically targeting enhancements to account planning and strategic initiatives.
- Define and execute program strategy, translating business needs and stakeholder insights into compelling project roadmaps.
- Partner closely with sales leadership, finance teams, sales operations, and other key stakeholders to understand business challenges, elicit detailed requirements, and define optimal future-state processes.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex sales enablement projects, from initial ideation and business case development to implementation and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze current implementations using your CRM/Salesforce expertise to identify optimization opportunities and design scalable solutions for quotation, commission, and financial processes.
- Translate high-level business objectives into comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams for engineering teams.
- Manage product and program roadmaps, project backlogs, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope in partnership with the business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication channels to ensure alignment, transparency, and consensus across all cross-functional partners.
- Apply agile principles to project delivery, adapting to changing requirements and fostering continuous improvement.
- Leverage a deep understanding of technology trends, user experience principles, and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities.
- Typically requires 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role.
- Experience leading large scale complex global programs and cross-functional initiatives within sales or operations organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading the end-to-end lifecycle of sales enablement and CRM projects (e.g., Salesforce), utilizing agile methodologies from initial discovery through successful delivery, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
- Proven ability to drive AI/ML and process automation initiatives, backed by a strong understanding of AI project life cycles and the latest trends in sales technology.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact for executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, analyze data, and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Wrike, or similar).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business impact for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to lead through influence, building strong relationships across matrixed technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant project management or agile certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM).
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
