Software Development Manager

Amazon is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of highly available network control plane services that power our global retail business. You will guide a team of engineers building scalable, secure distributed systems that manage traffic, routing, and connectivity for critical e commerce workloads. In this customer-obsessed, data-driven environment, you'll own technical roadmaps, drive engineering best practices, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and operational excellence at massive scale.

You'll coach and grow engineers, foster experimentation, and use metrics to continuously improve systems and processes.
