Apple's worldwide Retail Engagement, Marketing and Merchandising (REMM) team creates and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives, and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, buy, and go further with Apple products and services. These efforts increase awareness, drive conversion, and grow affinity for Apple. Every day, Apple Retail teams around the world learn something new, share what they know, and get better at their craft.
This role exists to make those moments better than they are today, and to imagine what they could become. It's a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on building.
This role drives strategy and delivery for new team engagement experiences, partnering with technology, design, and content teams to bring them to life. You'll help define the desired outcome, then shape a practical path to reach it, making the trade-offs required as ideas meet existing tools and processes. Some communications writing and learning development work comes with the role, in support of the experiences you help build and similar innovation initiatives.
-Help define the strategy, desired outcomes, and requirements for new engagement experiences
-Guide cross-functional teams and partners across technology, design, content, and learning from concept through launch
-Make and communicate the strategic trade-offs that keep the outcome intact as conditions change
-Partner with designers, writers, and learning strategists to incorporate critical points of view while keeping the final experience cohesive
Partner with leadership to define strategy and desired outcomes for new engagement experiences, forming a clear point of view on scope, sequencing, and the team member needs to work must serve
Guide cross-functional teams and partners across technology, design, content, and learning from concept through launch
Shape the path from idea to delivery, setting priorities and making and communicating the trade-offs that keep the essential intent intact as constraints emerge
Stay current on developments across retail, technology and AI, and bring that perspective into what gets built and when
Lead change management for new tools and ways of working, and develop the communications and learning content needed to launch and support them
Define what success looks like for new engagement experiences, and analyze feedback and performance data from tests and existing tools to determine what's working, what isn't, and what to adjust in future work
7+ years in strategy, design, product management, user experience, internal engagement, program management, or a similar discipline
Demonstrated experience translating a strategy or vision into a delivered product, program, or experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams and partners through the full arc of delivery, from concept to launch
Background in strategy or design, with a track record of keeping an outcome intact while the path to reach it evolves
Experience delivering digital products or experiences in close partnership with technology and design teams
Fluency in retail and technology developments, with a habit of anticipating what's next and adjusting course early
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and information, identify problem statements, build solutions, and iterate
Experience leading change management for new tools or ways of working across a large, global organization
Outstanding organizational, documentation, and communication skills, including presenting to and influencing senior leaders
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
