The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager (NPO) launches products ontime, with high quality and maximum customer availability. NPO’s are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. A successfulNPO is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels inprogram/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.

Furthermore, we lead within worldwide Operations and collaborate with the core product development team and other functional organizations within Apple.

5+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Product/Program Management MS or BS Degree

Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven

Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teams

Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience

Masters or MBA are considered a plus
