We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Program Manager to drive Services Finance transformation initiatives, modernizing and optimizing the systems, workflows, and controls that power Apple's ecosystem, including Ads, App Store, Maps, Music, TV, and WPC. This role works hand‑in‑hand with Services Finance, IS&T, Services Engineering, and SME’s within the broader finance organization. The ideal candidate is a naturally technical operator, and a classic document‑driven program manager, who can organize engineering work into coherent, deliverable capabilities.

The Senior Program Manager will develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for transforming Services Finance processes, systems, and workflows. This role is grounded first in Services domain expertise, executed through hands‑on technical program management, and enabled by direct fluency in data and systems.

• Own the program plan, timeline, and cross‑functional coordination for transformation initiatives, in close collaboration with Finance, Services, and IS&T leadership.
• Collaborate with Services Business teams, Finance, and IS&T to design next‑generation financial systems that support ongoing business evolution.
• Develop a programmatic strategy for Apple’s financial system architecture to facilitate business expansion through robust financial accounting automation, internal controls, and strategic alignment.
• Evaluate, recommend, and oversee implementation of new enterprise technologies and systems using direct technical fluency to validate solutions in close partnership with IS&T.

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in program management, finance operations, systems analysis, or process transformation, with demonstrated success owning significant technical work streams end-to-end.
• BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent.

• Advanced knowledge of subscription finance ecosystems, including billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting across various service business models
• Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex and technical cross‑functional projects, influence stakeholders, and drive change across IS&T, PMO, and business units
• General knowledge of core GBS processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report)
• Hands‑on experience with systems supporting subscription and services finance, including defining initial requirements and developing system designs.
