AlphaX RE Capital is seeking a Construction Manager (Single-Family Homes) to lead day‑to‑day construction of assigned homes from groundbreaking to turnover, coordinating field operations to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in CM or related field and 5–8 years of residential experience, with strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple homes while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.
