This role ensures the smooth and efficient flow of projects from start to finish. The Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for health.

• Assist with researching, reporting, writing, and fact-checking health-based content across various formats (articles, videos, infographics, etc.)
• Support content team with production tasks, including building out and updating materials in the content management system
• Help manage project documentation, track progress, and troubleshoot issues that arise during the editorial process
• Participate in content idea generation and contribute to ongoing editorial initiatives and special projects, as needed

• Schedule meetings, including all team meetings, and manage room bookings, materials prep, and more
• Assist in writing and preparing presentations and other group share materials
• Manage and execute special events and experiences for the team
• Perform miscellaneous in-office administrative duties, as needed

• 1+ years of experience in an editorial or project coordination role
• Experience in, and passion for, publishing and media
• Experience in, and passion for, health

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and editorial workflows
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $97,100 and $145,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
