We are currently seeking a Social Media Writer and Content Producer to join our corporate communications team. Apple's worldwide communications team informs the world about the Company, our innovative products and services, and the values that drive our company.

Description

The communications team is looking for a passionate, hardworking Social Media Content Producer with strong attention to detail to join our cross-disciplinary team that develops and implements social strategy. This role partners closely with many cross-functional teams  you understand strategic communications and have experience writing social for an individual; love to incorporate data and audience insights into your work; are a storyteller who is meticulous, organized, and collaborative;

a curious mind who can research any topic; a heavy user of a variety of social platforms with an intuitive understanding of behavioral and technology trends; and if you're current with social platform features, related content formats, and requirements then please apply!

Responsibilities
  • This culturally fluent, strategically minded content planner and writer should thrive on collaboration and multitasking, navigate fast-moving projects with ease, partner closely across teams, and bring clear, compelling storytelling to every touchpoint.
  • Craft concise, engaging, and on-brand copy that resonates with the platform audience and adapting global narratives to fit local context.
  • Collaborate with creatives, producers, and external agencies to shape integrated content that pairs visual creativity with strong writing.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, timelines, and quality control.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-output team culture that values agility, thoughtfulness, and shared creative ownership.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to understand performance and platform dynamics, informing creative decisions and refining content strategy.
  • Stay informed across cultural trends, internet language, platform algorithm updates, and local user behaviours to guide content planning.
  • Develop weekly and monthly content calendars in partnership with the wider PR, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Business Affairs teams, mapping out key moments, cultural opportunities, and brand initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in social media and/or digital communications
  • Experience managing high-profile social accounts for individuals and a passion for the ever-changing landscape of the internet
  • Experience reporting on social media performance and drafting insights and recommendations
  • Experience in strategic communications and working cross-functionally with different teams and global audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing high-profile social accounts for individuals and a passion for the ever-changing landscape of the internet
  • Track record crafting and maintaining a consistent social voice
  • Strong writing skills and ability to write accurately and quickly
  • Experience interviewing and reporting
  • Experience developing and maintaining an editorial calendar and working cross-functionally to evolve it
  • Experience with social media monitoring and identifying emerging narratives, trends, and stories
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
  • Process-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in email and speaking in front of others
  • Visual design skills for social media incorporating photography and video are a plus!
  • A deep passion for Apple products and the company

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your…
