To prosper as a Registered Dental Assistant
, you should have:
  • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
  • At least 2 years of continuous dental assisting experience.
  • Experience with Invisalign attachment placement.
  • Proficiency with iTero digital scanning.
  • Strong clinical assisting skills with the ability to support a wide range of procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
More about your role as a Registered Dental Assistant
:
  • Prepare patients for dental treatment and ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Assist the doctor with a variety of procedures, including fillings, cleanings, root canals, extractions, crown and bridge work, dental implants, and more.
  • Place Invisalign attachments and perform iTero digital scans as part of orthodontic treatment workflows.
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and prepare treatment trays.
  • Collect and accurately record medical and dental histories.
  • Take radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
  • Help maintain an efficient clinical schedule while delivering outstanding patient care.
