Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $75.00/hr

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Visual Designer on the Architecture Collaboration and Open-Source team, who will own design for various employee facing initiatives. In this role, you will work on events and activations, internal tools, identity campaigns, and much more.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU:
The ideal candidate will be a passionate visual designer with a mind for business, and a natural storyteller with an ability to help others find the story within their content. You will be, at times, a visual designer, presentation designer, storyteller, creative strategist, and more. Your job will be to bring a number of exciting internal culture, identity, and engagement initiatives, concepts, programs and more to life in a creative way.

We are looking for someone with can bring a lot of ideas to the table, work with a number of creative mediums to bring their vision to life, drive projects forward independently, and have the courage to challenge strong personalities and their ideas. A strong sense of humility and the ability to listen and take feedback is key to this role.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Expert-Level Keynote Skills
  • Highly proficient in Keynote, capable of creating polished, high-impact decks under tight deadlines—especially for technical presentations.
• 5+ years of Experience Designing for Technical or Engineering Teams:
  • P roven ability to design for Software Products or Technology teams, supporting complex, system-level concepts (architecture, infrastructure, open-source) through clear, thoughtful visual design.
• Strong Visual Storytelling + Collaboration Skills
  • Can transform raw, engineer-authored content into visually compelling narratives; works well with technical stakeholders, gives, and receives feedback effectively, and can manage content independently.

• Understands or can adapt to Human Interface Guidelines and internal standards.
