A leading global technology company is seeking a Creative Project Manager to support its Product & Design organization. This role partners closely with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to drive high-quality service design initiatives from concept through launch.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on complex design challenges ideal candidate brings experience supporting UX or product design teams and thrives in cross-functional settings.
Role OverviewThe Creative Project Manager helps clarify requirements, align stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. This individual enables designers to focus on craft by managing timelines, facilitating reviews, tracking project health, and ensuring seamless handoffs to engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Drive cross-functional alignment between Design, Product, Engineering, and Business partners
- Facilitate design reviews, brainstorms, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
- Track project health and communicate risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Ensure timely handoff of design specifications to engineering
- Review builds to ensure design integrity is maintained during implementation
- Anticipate blockers and proactively resolve challenges
- Improve operational workflows within a fast-paced design organization
- 5+ years of experience in Creative Project Management, UX Project Management, or Product Design Operations
- Experience supporting UX/product design teams in a technology or digital product environment
- Strong understanding of user-centered design workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in ambiguous, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and strategic in approach
- Hours:
40 hours per week - Work Authorization:
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no H-1B, no C2C) - Duration: 6 months + highly likely extension
- Interview Process: 2 rounds
- Pay Rate: $65-75 per hour

Compensation for this position will be determined based on several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; market labor costs; the candidate’s skills, education, training, credentials, and experience; and other employment conditions. Full-time consultants are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions, along with any PTO, sick leave, or other benefits required by applicable state or local laws where you reside or work.
